Polypropylene Sheet Size: Standard 2440mm x 1220mm. Other sizes available on request, maximum size of 3600mm x 2400mm.

Polypropylene Thickness: 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm and 10mm as a twin wall and 16mm as a tri wall.

Colour: Black, white, grey as standard, blue, yellow and red available in some sizes.

Fibreboard (cardboard) A flute Sheet Size: Standard 2440mm x 1220mm. Flute height 4.7mm. Available as a tri wall, 9.5mm thickness.

Urethane Foam: Aptane™ Polyol blended with Aptane™ Isocyanate.

Adhesives: Ureflute™ panels are corona treated providing stable surface for laminating and screen printing. Use a urethane or contact adhesive for joining sheets and lamination.

  

Lamination: Prior to laminating Ureflute™, clean the surface with a rubbing alcohol. Ureflute™ laminates include vinyl, styrene, Formica™, aluminium, marine carpet, Colourbond™ and plywood.

Joining and Fixing: Ureflute™ panels may be joined with standard capping and “H” channelling. Panels can be fixed with double sided tape, adhesive and large head screws, nails and bolts.

Easy to cut with a standard wood saw the product may be routed through to the base surface.
