Global Polymer Technologies Pty Ltd (GPT) has created a unique poly composite product called Ureflute™, which has the potential to redefine and replace many of the traditional building, case manufacturing, packaging, signage, caravan, transport, marine and furniture construction processes that exist today. Ureflute™ is extremely durable, strong, rigid, lightweight, water resistant and has excellent insulating qualities.

Ureflute™ panels are manufactured by injecting liquid polyurethane into the flutes of polypropylene, polycarbonate or fibreboard (cardboard) sheets. The converted foam filled material known as Ureflute™, becomes a versatile composite panel that can be used in a broad range of industries.

The patented machinery and manufacturing processes developed by GPT are unique with applications across a broad spectrum of industries. The finished product can be cut, welded, routed, screwed, glued and laminated to virtually any material. Ureflute Australia Pty Ltd is now operating from new premises at Tullamarine in Victoria Australia, where the latest robotic technology is utilised in the manufacturing process.
